This year, the team at CEC21 have implemented a code of conduct and diversity strategy to make sure all conference participants feel safe and welcome. As the nature of CEC discussions will spark debate, it is important that critical global discussions at the conference can take place in an inclusive and tolerant atmosphere. The code of conduct acts as a guide to encourage constructive debate in a respectful manner, and all conference participants will be expected to read and acknowledge it.
