Matthias Honegger researches the role of values and narratives in the politics of emerging climate change governance topics: carbon dioxide removal (CDR) and solar radiation modification (SRM). He is also exploring policy instruments dedicated to CDR as well as the governance challenges posed by SRM at the international and domestic level. He is currently a research associate with the IASS and Perspectives and a PhD candidate at the University of Utrecht.
